1. Nature of Services

Apex Dreams Documents Clearing Services provides professional assistance, administrative support, and guidance , government documentation and related services within the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions where applicable.

The Company acts solely as a service facilitator and does not act as a decision-making authority. All approvals, rejections, processing timelines, and requirements are determined exclusively by the relevant government authorities or third-party entities.

2. Client Eligibility

To engage our services, the client confirms that he/she:

Is at least 18 years of age, or has authorization from a parent or legal guardian
Provides complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation
Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, the client agrees to:

Provide accurate, genuine, and up-to-date information and supporting documents
Cooperate with the Company and comply with all documentation and procedural requirements
Promptly respond to requests for additional information or clarification
Refrain from submitting false, forged, or misleading information

The Company shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information provided by the client.

4.  Fees and Payments

All service fees must be paid as agreed prior to the commencement or continuation of services.
Government fees, typing fees, translation fees, medical fees, courier fees, and any third-party charges are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payments made for services rendered are considered compensation for administrative work and professional assistance provided.

5.  Confidentiality and Data Handling

The Company will handle client information with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection practices.

Client information may be shared only with relevant government authorities, embassies, licensed partners, or authorized third parties strictly for the purpose of processing applications and providing services.

6.Service Scope and Limitation of Responsibility

The client acknowledges and agrees that:

The Company provides assistance, coordination, and procedural guidance only
The Company does not control or influence decisions made by government authorities or third parties
Processing timelines may vary depending on government procedures and external factors
The Company shall not be held responsible for application outcomes, delays, policy changes, or decisions issued by authorities

The Company’s responsibility is limited to performing administrative and support services based on the information and documentation provided by the client.

7.Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:

Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Failure to make required payments
Non-compliance with legal or procedural requirements
Breach of these Terms and Conditions

No refund Applicable for Voluntarily or Self Withdrawal Also Action Take place for Defirmation including Whatapp Group .

Any work completed up to the date of termination will be considered chargeable.

8.Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational or regulatory requirements. Continued engagement of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

9.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the United Arab Emirates.
